Volume / Event Package Services -- School Composites & Group Composites

Designed for Day Care, Underclass, Proms, Sports, Dance and other Volume Events

Whether it's a single package for all customers or a specific package per customer, TNT's Volume Event Package Service has you covered!

Images must be photographed in a uniform setting with constant lighting conditions.  Digital customers should do a manual white balance with their camera to ensure repeatable color.  The basic service includes a single averaged correction for all images for color, density, contrast, saturation and gamma.  If image exposure or lighting conditions vary more than a 1/4-stop, unacceptable print densities may occur.  For outdoor activities or moderate varying lighting conditions, individual basic color correction may be requested at an additional charge of $0.25.

Packages may be bagged in a white bag or a window bag with a cellophane opening displaying the subjects picture. Window bags help facilitate the distribution of pictures and provide a professional presentation!

Orders are placed through our Remote Order Entry System (ROES)!  Event categories can be designed and multiple packages created simply by dragging the products into a package.  Then simply select the package and drag the appropriate picture onto the product!  The image can be cropped and positioned for best appearance.  You can additionally select Hold Crop -- Hold Crop applies the same crop setting to subsequent images unless it is modified.  When you are finished, you can review the order make any changes that might be necessary. Then complete and send the order over the internet to TNT Color!

8x10 School Composite

School and Group composites are a great way to create additional sales opportunities.  Once you have sold your customer their individual packages, you can offer a composite!  For schools, this is best done a couple months after the individual packages are sold.  It's another fund raiser for the school, additional sales for you and best of all, you're simply reusing the images you've already taken!

School composite templates contain an image with a text underneath the image in both the upper left and upper right corners.  These are typically used for the Principle and Teacher.  Group composites contain two slightly larger images without text in the upper left and upper right corners.  These are typically used for function related pictures -- As an example, if you are shooting a Fire Department you might use a picture of the Fire House and Fire Truck.

Composites must be ordered at the time the packages are created or you can request a ROES CD if you will be ordering at a later date.  A ROES CD contains thumbnails, with all corrections, that point to your full size files here at the lab.  When you place your composite order, you will use those ROES CD images. Once the order is processed, the composites will be created and printed from the original full size and color corrected files.

Simply drag your images or the ROES CD thumbnails into one of our predefined templates and optionally add text! There are 23 school templates ranging from 12-34 people (including teacher and principal).  Group composites range from 10-32 people.

When your order is received here at the lab, our computers will go through all the names to determine their length.  All names will be adjusted to the same size for consistency and longer names will be split onto 2 lines.
