
Deleting JAVA
You should only have one JAVA platform installed on your computer.
Windows 2000: Select Start -> Settings -> Control panel
Windows XP & Vista: Select Start -> Control Panel
Double click Add/Remove Programs.
Select JAVA Runtime versions that you want to remove, one at a time, and select Change/Remove.
Installing JAVA
We recommend using the Java Platform Standard Edition -- Java SE 6, Update 7.

Windows 32-Bit users select Download JRE
Windows 64-Bit users select Download JRE (Intel Titanium)
The Off-Line installation is recommended.
Deleting and Reinstalling the TNT Color ROES Client
You do not have to delete and reinstall Java to install a fresh version of the TNT Color Lab ROES Client. Based on the operating system and Java release you are using, the screens that are displayed vary. However, the procedure is basically the same.
Windows 2000 & XP: Select Start -> Run
Windows Vista : Start -> Start Search
Enter javaws -viewer and press OK [javaws(space)-viewer] this should launch the JAVA Cache Viewer.
Select either: View -> Applications or Show -> Applications depending on your system.
Find the TNT Color application, right click on the icon and select Delete Application.
Launch your web browser and go to www.TNTcolor.com and reinstall ROES. |
