4x5 and 4x6 Copy Protected Proofs

People love to receive photo proofs of their photo sessions to help them decide which images to order -- there is just something about a photo proof that people love -- it can't be matched with on-line proofing or a Photo CD!

The problem is that with today's technology, it's just too easy for someone to take them to a copy print station or scan them on a home scanner.

Our Copy Protected Proofs contain semi-transparent verbiage and small semi-transparent dots that run throughout the image. If customers try try to copy or scan the proof, the copy protection becomes objectionable and is almost impossible to remove! Image information is printed on the back of the print.

5x7 CBS -- Color, Black & White and Sepia Tone

Our CBS Proofs are attractively designed as a 7x5 - inch print. They include a 4x5 color image along with a B&W and Sepia rendering to illustrate print options. The order and image information is displayed next to the picture for easy re-ordering and each page contains copyright identification with the photographer’s name and phone number.

Price includes free comb binding and an optional cover sheet with personalization is also available. Spice up your presentation with a simulated leather presentation album! It’s ready to deliver to your customer!

After that, reuse the proofs for addition sales! The 4x5 color print can be cut off and re-purposed and the B&W image can be cut out and inserted into an Art Leather Keepsake album!

Never assemble a Proof Book again!

This tastefully designed Proof Books contains 4 or 6 “right reading” images on an 8x10 page. They are available in both Fit and Crop configurations.

In the Fit Configuration, is fast and easy! you simply drop your pictures onto the image node and the computer will "Fit" the the picture into the node! You can select all images (Ctrl + A) or selectively choose the images you want to proof (Crtl + Select Image). When you drag and drop your images onto the product, the system will automatically create the required number of pages!

The Crop Configuration allows for more control. You individually drag a picture into either a vertical or horizontal image node. You can then crop and position the image to optimize your presentation!

Image information is displayed at the bottom of the page (We thought it looked a little classier rather than putting the image info under the image) for easy re-ordering and there's even an optional text field for personalization! You can select the background color, stroke image color and text color (This illustration has a black background, white image stroke and white text).

All images are color corrected and the price includes a free comb binding, a frosted see through plastic cover and solid color black plastic back page -- They're ready to deliver! An inexpensive simulated leather presentation album is also available.

These are smaller images and do not scan well. They do not contain TNT's Copyright Protection Feature.

Day Care & School Copy Protected Proofs

School Proof

Our Day Care and School Proofs offer the ultimate in convenience and quality! They're printed on Professional Grade Photographic Paper so they look their best! They are available in both Fit and Cropped Configurations and contain our Copy Protection Feature.

The proof measures 4x8½ inches -- It's inserted into an standard window envelope so that the image shows through the window making it a snap to distribute!

Simply create and insert a 1/3 page document with your company information, package configurations and pricing. Insert it your flyer into the envelope. (If you send us your document we'll even insert it for you!)

Customers simply select the package(s) they want to order, fill in the student information and put a check in the envelope! When ordering, you have the filename of the image, the order information and a visual confirmation of the image all in one convenient place!

Strip Proofs

Have your own envelopes with package information? Here's our most economical way to create proofs to put on your envelopes! Proof are printed as a 30-inch strip and contain the file numbers underneath the image. They can be easily cut and pasted onto your envelopes! All proofs are "Bulk Color Corrected" so images must have consistent color and density. These are smaller images and do not scan well. They do not contain TNT's Copyright Protection Feature.

Your cost is only $4.00 in our Underclass / Senior retouching service (In ROES select Options --> Image Options). That adds $3.00 to $4.00 profit to your package with no effort!
